Great location close to main attractions and night life

The apartment needs a new coat of paint You can see mold stains on ceilings and the plaster is peeling off in some points The host sent a lot of messages even before check in.. with links to videos, files to download etc it felt more like a job then a holiday :-)

Very good localisation. Everywhere around are restaurants. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I can strongly recommend to anyone who’s going to visit Cagliari.

Property was clean had all the facilities needed and also had a good kitchen area to prep food. There was also a balcony which had a nice view of the lower street

Except for the location, the flat was dissapointing in general. We could not sleep because of the room spray that was literally sprayed all over the bedroom and bed sheets. The beds were not comfortable either. Bathroom was full of used shower gels, shampoos. Kitchen equipment was old, and not clean.

Nice spacious apartment,convenient location ,cozy balcony. Available host with all the answers to problems. I recommend.

The air-condition made a lot of noise that you can not sleep. It was like someone having a motor next to you, and we had to put it off. And it was like this before because there was paper inserted on purpose from previous tourists trying to reduce the noise.
