The house was clean and very well located. It was fully equipped with all we needed. Loredana is also very helpful and lovely!

It is a bit laud because of its central location. But it was not an issue for us.

Beautiful apartment in central location close to the port, train station & bus stop. Plenty of excellent shops and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need and is exceptionally clean it has a well equipped kitchen plus a washing machine. The owner Loredana is amazing and is happy to recommend restaurants and locations to visit. She is always there to help with anything that you need. We would definitely stay here again if ever in Sardinia.

Our host Loredana was very helpfull, enabled early check-in, stored our luggage on the day of our departure, everything was really smooth. The appartment is very nice, you look from the balcony onto the local street with shops and restaurant - authentic Sardinia.

This really does not mean we did not like it - just bear in mind that this appartment is really centrally located. So book if you like nightlife and thousands of Sardinians in the streets including the noise from restaurants etc. (especially on Saturday evening) are something you enjoy as a local flavour (which we did). However, if you are looking for a silent night, look for other part of the city.

Easy to get to from train station - host met us at the property to hand over keys - central location.

Apartment was in need of a makeover - especially the bathroom and the bedroom - the shower was a bit old and showed signs of wear - there was a bad smell in the bathroom a few days into our stay - the bedroom was very basic - bed was OK. Could have done with a chopping board, toaster and some more sharp knives in the kitchen. Overall the apartment was fine for 2 people - didn't look as good as in the online photos - furniture and furnishings needed updating - very noisy street especially at weekends - building work across the street with drilling and digging noises from 7am every morning - Cagliari we loved and would visit again but wouldn't stay at this apartment again.
