Ottima posizione, appartamento silenzioso e fresco, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Posizione ottima, appartamento piccolo, vicino alle chiese Santa Restituta e S. Anna, a due passi da piazza Yenne. Quindi raggiungibile velocemente dal centro storico. Anche la stazione dei treni è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Supermercato vicino. Luogo comunque silenzioso. Cucina attrezzata. Detersivi per piatti e pulizia bagno presenti. Istruzioni per la consegna delle chiavi molto chiare. Quindi il soggiorno è andato complessivamente molto bene.

Consiglierei di aggiungere uno sgabellino nel bagno per poggiare qualche indumento. Consiglierei anche di rinnovare il materasso del letto matrimoniale. Non è stata consegnata la ricevuta relativa alla spesa per la tassa di soggiorno, ma forse ci sarà recapitata in seguito. Infatti le comunicazioni con il proprietario sono avvenute solo mediante messaggeria (nessun contatto visivo).

"Centralt i Cagliari"

Mycket bra läge i Cagliari nära en gågata med många restauranger. Lägenheten var ganska välutrustad. Vattnet var bra och drickbart. Bra badrum och kök. Lägenheten låg en trappa upp.

Det var ganska svalt och fuktigt i lägenheten så vi startade värmepumpen och satte den på 25 grader men det kom ingen varmluft. Tråkigt utan ett riktigt fönster. Det fanns dock ett frostat fönster mot en trång bakgård som dock inte minskade känslan av instängdhet så mycket. Sängen och täcket var för kort för en normallång person. Det var ingen höjdare att ha bil eftersom alla parkeringsplatser nästan alltid var upptagna.

Response time of the host was great

Unfortunately there were some issues getting into the apartment. The host tried to help but based on the instructions it wasn't clear that there are 2 apartments behind the entrance, and the other guests locked the door.

La posizione centrale per poter visitare anche a piedi la città, comoda per uso mezzi pubblici, zona tranquilla

Stanze fredde, è presente una finestra senza tenda da cui entra troppa luce. Parete sporgente sulla doccia, si rischia di battere la testa.
