It was a beautiful place. really nice, clean, quiet, close from the village. The host were really nice and helping.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was really nice and the view over the bay was incredible.

I knew it would be up a hill and we are fairly fit and like to walk, but what a hill. We had thought that we would be able to get a taxi up the hill, but when we arrived our host told us that taxis would not go such a short journey. We would have paid them more but in any case it was a long weekend so there were no taxis and the car hire place was shut for at least four days. I think the host would be well advised to tell guests they must have a car or other means of transport.

Location was great. Short walk into town, although down a steep hill. Room was comfortable, quiet, and clean with quiet and efficient AC which was helpful for sleeping at night. View of bay from outdoor kitchen/patio was excellent, especially at breakfast/during daytime. Surprisingly few flying insects, even at night, although a small bird did harass us occasionally at breakfast.

The WiFi was very slow. I ended up using cellular data on my phone

Amazing views, nice swimming pool, great location.

The room is spacious, it has a nice view over the sea. The kitchennete is equipped properly. The owner met us at an agreed place, led us to the room and explained everything needed.

Unfortunately, for 5 nights 2 set of towels are not enough. I wrote to the owner if we could have the towels changed but he didn't reply. I find it unhygienic to stay with the same towels for 5 nights and we didn't have any spare ones because we never encountered this situations before, not getting the towels changed evey other day. ( We stayed before in Guadeloupe and we had 6 sets of towels for 6 nights) The wifi is very poor as well. After a blackout the wifi stopped completely. Again, in other parts of Guadeloupe worked just fine. At night, there was a lot of noise from birds, animals and they could be heard from the roof, which is ok because we were in the nature. The thing is that dirt was coming from the roof on the bed even if we closed that net.
