Very helpfully and friendly staff, balcony, perfect location, spa facilities, very clean and roomy

We couldn’t use middle bedroom as no windows and too hot so I slept in sofa in living room instead. Mosquitos although cannot be avoided

La cerradura de la entrada no cerraba bien, que las camas no estuvieran hechas del todo solo tenían las sábanas bajeras puestas, y que solo hubiera una toalla de mano para 8 personas

- Location - Balcony

- Broken glass on the floor in the main bedroom (see photo) - Juicer in the kitchen cupboard had not been cleaned and had rotten pieces of fruit on it (see photo) - Floors were dirty, especially under the bed in the main bedroom, which was filthy (see photo) - Entry cards didn't work at the start. We couldn't get inside the building until another guest was coming in and let us in - Shower in the changing room by the spa is cold, my daughter was shivering and we had to go upstairs to the apartment to get a warm shower - Cot we requested was not in the apartment when we arrived - First 2 sets of sheets provided for cot had blood stains on them - No hand soap in bathroom, only 2 tiny bottles of shower gel and 1 of shampoo - No duvet covers for duvets - Only 2 small toilet rolls in apartment for 4 nights We raised the above list of issues with the owner and they completely ignored us - I've never had that experience staying anywhere else! Also there was a massive cockroach outside the spa area! (see photo) Also the pool is cold as others have said, and the jacuzzi is cold for a jacuzzi as well. The bathroom also smelled like several things had died inside the pipes - the smell was strong enough that I felt sick from it. There's a general sense that they don't care much about their guests, that the minimum effort is made to make you feel welcome and comfortable (or in the case of not replying to the issues we raised - below minimum effort).
