Narrativ Lofts - Serena - Beautiful Colonial Suite

Narrativ Lofts - Serena is a wonderful accommodation in the perfect location to explore all the best of Campeche. Sebastián, the host, was extremely responsive to our every need, although we had few. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed for a memorable stay. We especially appreciated the quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and premium linens. Even breakfast items (fruit, granola, eggs, juice, coffee, etc.) were there upon our arrival. I highly recommend Narrativ Lofts - Serena. You won't be disappointed!

I'm trying to think of something we didn't like, but I can't think of anything. We liked it all!

Our host, Sebastien, went above and beyond to meet our needs. He greeted us when we arrived, helping us to find free parking nearby. He responded to requests immediately. He provided breakfast every day, even providing a vegan alternative to milk for one of us. He also shared information on good local restaurants and things to do. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped and the kitchen had good quality appliances. The location of the flat was right in the heart of Campeche.

Beautiful spacious place, tastefully styled and very comfortable. Sebastien is very kind and helpful and takes care of every detail.

There is a club next door that can resonate a bit.

Everything. The attention from our host was exceptional, in the apartment we felt right at home. They provided us with products for breakfast. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Not enough time spent in this wonderful place

this apartment is so beautiful, Campeche is a lovely town to visit and Sebastian could not have been a more helpful host. we would really recommend a visit and staying in one of Sebastian’s properties they are all beautiful

We have stayed 3 nights and we loved absolutely everything! The apartment is beautifully decorated and you can see, that the owners like interior design a lot. The location is just perfect, in the middle of the city center, can't be any better. Parking lots are available. The apartment is not only very lovely decorated and designed, it also has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and even two bathrooms are available. The beds were the most comfortable ones. What made our stay absolutely perfect and even convinced us to stay an additional night was the owner Sebastien. He is the best owner we have ever met. He was so friendly and gave us right in the beginning a tour through his other apartments, which were all lovely. He was available within seconds via WhatsApp and also took care of our needs at any time. We felt like home. Overall, we can highly recommend this place.

The place was well kept and Sebastián was an attentive host. First class.
