We have been in the past in two diferentes visits to campeche, unfortunately, we noticed that this place is getting from better ,to worse!!! The apartment was full of 🐜 ants!!!everywhere!! And we kill 2 cocrochs in the bathroom, in which there was not working properly the lighbulb so could not see well, (good thing that we always carry a flash light) the second day was a very strong rain and the apartment has a terrible leak from the inside walls!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. is a shame 😕

La pasé muy bien , totalmente recomendado y la atención también fue excelente 😃😃 y lo mejor tiene estacionamiento claro que volvería.

Comfy beds, decent enough apartment.

I contacted the property manager to let them know when we would be there, but I never got a response. Showed up at the time I had told them I would. The manager was not there. His mother dealt with us... our room was not ready, so she put us in a dirty room to wait; we waited 4 hours!! Other renters showed up around the same time as us, and they also waited in the dirty room. The mother put us in a different room after making us wait, which was not done being cleaned, but we were sick of wasting our time waiting for the manager, who never answered his phone or messages. Also, when the manager finally did show up, he informed us that we were not even in the right room... When he finally got there, he just avoided what the problem was. Being on vacation and traveling by backpack wasting 4 hours was really not enjoyable, especially since we were only in Campeche for a day and a half. The 'patio' looked terrible. There was a dirty table and no chairs, dead plants, and a bbq with a huge hole in the bottom, so we were unable to use it. The room wasn't done being cleaned, so it's hard to tell if that was its normal state or not. It smelt like mold and sewers throughout our apartment. The location is terrible if you're looking to walk to places.If you book here, good luck and beware! Also, on the site, it says they speak English and Spanish. They did not, in fact, speak or understand English at all.

You get the feeling you're living like Mexican. Good facilities, very spacious apartment.

There were ants in the kitchen. Beware it's on a busy street, consider that before booking (for us it wasn't a problem). Some extra ventilation in the bathroom would be nice. The shower was cold because the boiler wasn't turned on. Wifi-connection was good but not great.

Overall ease of the experience, the owner left his job midday to come and meet us on short notice, the rooms were nice and had all basic needs.
