Pousada limpa, silenciosa, bem decorada e aconchegante. Staff preparado e educado, deram ótimas dicas de passeios rápidos, porque tínhamos pouco tempo pra curtir e nos deixaram muito à vontade. Quarto delicioso, com ar condicionado e chuveiro quente, ótimo colchão e travesseiros macios. Com certeza voltaremos para ficar mais tempo

The host was responsive. (But I never met him/her because there is no front desk at the property, I did not even ever meet anyone working there.) They organised an hour early check in Its a quiet location They responded quickly on my requests to clean the dead cockroch, change the stained pillow cases, and clean the lipstick on the glass. They helped to organize a driver to visit a closeby indigenous community

Gosh where to start -- I LEFT THE BOOKING AFTER ONE NIGHT, and moved to another pousada in the center of town, 5min from beach that was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, included breakfast and less expensive. I decided to leave and not to ruin the rest of my holiday.. The price to reality ratio is ridiculous. AVOID! I paid R$ 1,896.36 for 4 nights, approx €78.75 p/n -- this is NOT worth this price, maybe half of this. The only thing I can imagine is that the the property charged much less at one point, gained a lot of reviews, and then increased their price. YOU WILL FIND MUCH NICER, CLOSER; CLEANER POUSADAS. IT´s OLD: To start the room needs a full repaint and re-fresh, the walls looked dirty, the room is dark inside - there are two windows, but only one with a mosquito net, the other window is right on the public corridor so no privacy, the light bulb in the room was very low, so its not easy to relax and read in there. There are signs saying that the property will charge if they find any makeup or sunscreen stains - I messaged them sent photos of existing stains so they knew they weren´t mine - the sheets were worn and just need to be replaced, the pillow was old, dense and flat - the only night I tried to slept there (i couldnt sleep), i slept on my clothes There was a dead COCKROACH that the cleaner missed, it happens. But the place didnt have a fresh clean smell or feel. The kitchen is very basic, with old and well-used, miss-matched equipment. I found a LIPSTICK STAIN on the water glass. The other reviews say the location is good -- its NOT the best location, it is in Xando it is a 20min walk to the main town -so especially at night it feels lonely with not many people around, so as a solo female travler. It is a 10min walk to a beach but not the quaint part of Cariava The thing I´m most CONFUSED about are all of the other positive reviews...I chose this property based on those reviews and the rating, and now question my trust in Booking.com.... :(

Lit très confortable, hamac pour se reposer dans l'entrée, restaurant pas très cher au coin de la rue. Chay est une hôte merveilleuse, arrangeante et de bon conseil. Je recommande !!

Was amazing ! This was by far the best accomodation I had in 2 months in Brazil , really good value for the money! It had big fridge and everything you need for cooking! It’s 10 min walking from center and beach and 3 to shops, bakery , restaurant etc! Loved though that was super quiet to sleep and at night on the way back home you can see stars everywhere ! Amazing would recommend ! Ended up staying 2 days more !

Excelente espaço! A Chay oferece total suporte do início ao fim da estadia. O ambiente é acolhedor, muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro e à Prainha — um dos lugares mais lindos e tranquilos da região. A cozinha é totalmente equipada, com todos os utensílios necessários para preparar refeições, e o espaço como um todo possui uma estética charmosa e agradável. Recomendo muito!
