Code was available and worked.

1- nothing was mentioned about stairs to access the apartment. One family member has hip and knee issues and this made it very difficult. 2- the place was dirty, stained & dirty bedding, rugs very dirty. Table was disgusting..overall very dirty. We bought bedding and cleaned as much we could. 3-made the host aware and got poor response. 4-bathroom was small with a low shower-made it difficult for a few family members to shower as they were tall. 5-towels were old cheap and not bleached…white that presented almost brown colour. 6-iron cheat and didn’t work. When trying to ironing a suit pants instead of steam all the water came out wetting the whole pants plus a very bad odour come out of the iron, despite of clean water that I added. 7- the apartment smelled bad, noted a car air freshener stuck in one window. 8- one of the bedroom windows had written HELP backwards I believe a marker was used for that This was the worse place I ever booked. A drawer had stains.. dirty red fluids. And was told to place the towels in the washer and take out the garbage…wow after reporting all the issues this was the message I got at the night before checking out…not impressed!!! I have pictures and videos.

I didnt like it was cold in there you could see your breath...texted her 3 time to fix this nothing done..called booking.com it was fixed....there was no internet in this place none..which means no tv either..garbage under both beds in the big room and smelly chicken nuggets in the oven..i have stayed here a couple times before it was great..but this time disaster....Wont stay here again ever.....no garbage cans outside to put garbage in when your leaving...not leaving the garbage outside. made for a fun time

You can't set the temperature and you can't turn off the heating. You have to send a message if you want to change the temperature. And then the temperature is changed till 11:30pm. And then it starts heating again. Hence all night a lot of noise. And the next morning you have to send a message again, even when you asked to set your temperature every day of the stay. Internet was not reliable. Furniture and cupboards are sticky and there weren't enough glasses. There was a smell in the room that only disappeared after 3 days with open window and closed ventilation/heating.

I have given details to the host in the hopes they will respond to our concerns, which were numerous.
