Owner is fantastic. Super convenient check-in process. Safe, private parking, & quiet given the location. Garden is beautiful.

Size, facilities, ease of entry, and location are excellent. The garden is looking great. The sunshade over the terrace is fantastic.

The scent from the air freshener is too strong. We had to unplug it. Room is a bit dark. Bed is not as soft as we remember.

Great location. Near shops and food. Easy car trip to all areas of Chetumal. AC worked great. Terrace was peaceful. Fridge worked well.

There were too many fragrance dispensers in the room. Making it difficult to breathe as I have sensitivity to artificial smells. Glade plugin, febreeze can, and an oil-intense diffuser. Very toxic to breathe. That was my primary and only complaint.

I booked 2 nights but only stayed one, I had to find different accommodation. I was not able to sleep at all. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets and pillows smelled dirty.
