We were asked to pay the full amount as soon as we checked in. When we told that we will pay while checking out the owner kept bugging us the entire trip.

They did not confirm the booking at all

TV was not functioning properly.

The host was helpful. In fact, the stay at the property was awesome.

Restaurant facility is not available in the property. As per the location of the property, everything is far hence in house food facilities should be available.

**Terrible Experience, Felt Like a Scam** I recently booked a 2BHK apartment through Booking.com for 5 adults, 2 kids, and a pet, and my stay was a complete disaster. The owner’s communication and hospitality were extremely disappointing. To begin with, I had paid extra for the 5th guest, but the owner provided a very basic foam mattress instead of a proper bed. There was no bedsheet or pillow for the mattress, which made the situation uncomfortable for the person sleeping on it. Though my pet was allowed, I had to pay an additional ₹500 for the pet and ₹600 for cleaning charges, which was already frustrating. However, upon arrival, I was told the pet could not enter the rooms and could only stay on the balcony or near the living area, which was not mentioned in the listing. This was an inconvenience and felt unreasonable given the additional charges. The real issue came after we checked out on time. The owner later messaged me accusing us of damaging the property because of pet fur on the sofa and floor. He claimed that I had “destroyed” his house, which was completely unfair. He even canceled my booking after check-out and falsely stated I hadn’t shown up, resulting in Booking.com charged me extra for the night, which I had already paid to the owner. This felt like a scam. The entire experience was frustrating, and the lack of professionalism from the owner was appalling. I am currently disputing the charges with Booking.com. I would advise others to think twice before booking this property. Definitely not worth the hassle!
