Everything! The house is perfect, new, very clean and has it all. The location is amazing! Vassilis is so nice and helpful, just say what you need and he is immediately there! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunrise Little, and I simply cannot say enough positive things about it. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Here are some of the highlights that made my stay truly unforgettable: - Warm and Welcoming Staff and Landlord: The staff and landlord were incredibly friendly and kind. Their hospitality added a special touch to our stay. - Effortless Communication: Communication with the landlord was prompt and efficient. They were always just a message or a call away, and any requests we had were addressed immediately. - Impeccable Cleanliness: Every corner of the accommodation was spotless, and it was evident that cleanliness and hygiene were top priorities. - Perfect for Families: This place is ideal for families. It's not just family-friendly; it's family-centric. - Stylish and Superior Interior: The interior design of the premises is stunning. It's clear that a lot of thought and effort went into creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere. - Well-Equipped for Your Needs: This place has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From a laundry machine to a coffee machine stocked with coffee doses, and even beach towels – they've thought of everything. - Preconditioned Comfort: One of the standout features was the perfectly conditioned temperature upon our arrival. It made stepping into our accommodation after a day of exploring incredibly comfortable. - Tranquil Location with Convenient Access: The premises are located in a peaceful and serene area, providing a calm retreat. Yet, it's conveniently within walking distance of numerous restaurants and eateries, ensuring that you have plenty of dining options nearby. - Electric Car Charging: One standout feature, especially for eco-conscious travelers, was the ability to charge our electric car.

Very nice apartment, newly and beautifully decorated in a modern chic beach style. Less than 50m from the sea and less than 500m from the very nice local beach (we’ve visited about 6-7 other on a boat ride and this one is nonfat the top ones). Sea view from both living and bedrooms and the road passing between the apt and the sea is rather quite.

Wi-Fi speed was not good.

I highly recommend staying at this beautiful villa for a delightful vacation. The stunning sunrises will leave you in awe, and its serene location ensures a peaceful atmosphere. Despite its tranquility, it's conveniently close to the village, where you can easily buy groceries or enjoy a beachside meal. The villa is just a minute away from the beach and a few minutes from Agios Saranta beach, offering easy access to sandy shores. You'll love the immaculate cleanliness of the villa, as it gets cleaned every other day. Additionally, you can stay connected with the great WiFi and unwind with the Smart TV after a day of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all new appliances, including a fantastic coffee machine, will make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have a wonderful time at this villa! Oh, and the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable i have *ever* slept on! Amazing.

Tiny thing is that the kids room needs darker shades... If you dont want the kids wake up too early.

A little jewelry box right at seashore of the outskirts of Chorefto. It's a 2-bedroom, cosy apartment on the ground floor with a terrace looking to the sea. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean, and fulfilling any demands. The sunrise from the terrace is unforgettable. Our host, Vassilis was taking care of us so kindly, suggested a lot of local specialities (places to visit, activities to do, etc. all you won't find in the travel books or websites). We appreciate his efforts so much. All-in-all our 3-night stay was epic, wish we could have stayed for longer time.

We stayed at Sunrise Little for 3 nights and it was perfect! The property is fantastic for a family with 2 bedrooms and a living room with built-in kitchen. It's self-catererd but has everything you need to prepare your own meals, breakfast, etc. The bathroom shower facilities were grea with good water pressure and hot water. A/C worked perfect in every room. TV in every room (which the kids raved about!) and the extra bonus is the veranda outside with a perfect table for meals or drinks facing the sea. The owner Vassilis was brilliant from the moment of booking until we departed. Paid attention to every request, made sure our arrival and stay was seamless and shared with us lots of good tips about the area and what to visit during our stay and on arrival/departure. Even though we have been coming to Pelion for many years, there were still some new great recommendations! The location of the property is a short walk from the main action in Chorefto (5-10 mins) but it's perfect as it's very quiet in the evening and during the day. Fantastic stay all in and would definitely do it again next summer. Thank you Vassilis!
