Schlüsselübergabe nur gegen Bargeld - Bettensteuer - Kaution die ich heute noch nicht wieder bekommen habe! Bei Kontaktaufnahme lacht der Kollege immer nur über meine Frage wann ich die Kaution wieder bekommen!!!! Ich weiß nicht was das soll!! Habe jetzt schon Booking com mit eingeschaltet!!

Super freundlicher und direkter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Große Wohnung, tolles Wohnzimmer. Parkplätze kostenlos zumindest tagsüber problemlos zu kriegen. Nachts schwierig.

Für die PVC-Fußböden in den Schlafzimmern stände mal ne Renovierung an.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr guten Lage und ist insgesamt sehr schön. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution hat etwas länger gedauert, aber die Vermieter haben sich dafür entschuldigt, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm und empfehlenswert.

Probleme mit der Auszahlung von Kaution!

Kanapa w salonie z dużym telewizor, ładna kuchnia

Właściciel. Pobrano od nas kaucję w wysokości 150 euro. Podczas opuszczania mieszkania nikogo z nami nie było, kaucji nie zwrócono. Następnie otrzymałem wiadomość, że w całym mieszkaniu były palone papierosy, meble w mieszkaniu poprzestawiane, kaucja została zatrzymana. Odbiór powinien odbywać się w naszej obecności. Co tydzień rezerwujemy po 3 hotele/apartamenty, pierwszy raz słyszę żeby ktokolwiek palił w mieszkaniu, nigdy nie bylo podobnej sytuacji. Szkoda nerwów, nie polecam.
