Location, all amenities within the property. Nice welcome from Paco who showed us to our apartment and explained everything.

Felt the property was a little cluttered regarding furniture.

Las vistas y ubicación estupendas, la limpieza de 10 ó mas, Paco y Vicenta muy amables. Los colchones para las chicas fenomenal, la piscina muy bien cuidada, muchas hamacas, el portal bonito y moderno,3 ascensores rápidos.el aparcamiento bien.No demasiado ruido.Se duerme bien. El baño moderno y útil. La cocina tiene de todo.La smart Tv bien. El WiFi funciona muy bien. Tiene ventilador y aire acondicionado, es buena idea combinar los dos. El sofá cómodo y grande.

Quizás el colchón de matrimonio lo mejoraba, menos muebles( me sobra un sofá y varias mesitas)El mueble del salón es mejorable.El tener que subir escaleras para ir a la pisci y al coche.La carpinteria de aluminio la mejoraba y pondría persianas,pero no me hace cambiar de opinión, un 10 de estancia.

This is truly Seafront. You can see the beach and people passing by. On a 3rd floor, so not very noisy from the people in the street and no music bars nearby. Place is fully furnished in the kitchen and full of essentials (salt, sugar, laundry and dishwasher tablets, etc). Clean and functional. Great shower, plenty of towels. Location is great for the beach, and short access for restaurants an shops in the town centre, for walks along beach, for access to nightclubs. Close to everywhere without the inconvenience of the noise. Pool is great and clean. Parking space easy to access. Air conditioning worked well. Lifts are fast. Nice to have access to two streets as well.

Nothing really that we did not like. As long as guests are aware that the place can accommodate 4 people, but it is tight for sleeping because there is one room only nd the other two beds are in the living room. Good for a family of maximum four, or a couple, but not so much for two couples because privacy would be a struggle.

La ubicación perfecta, limpieza impecable, el anfitrión muy amable, los conserjes del edificio un poco peculiares, pero no tiene que ver con el alojamiento que está genial

Nos gustó todo. La ubicación y las vistas al mar, increíbles. Bien equipado. Las camas son muy cómodas. Las personas de contacto, Vicenta y Paco, son de 10, muy atentas y dispuestas, se han portado con nosotros muy bien. Nos gustaría repetir el próximo año. Muchas gracias.
