Good location and value for price

Difficult to find parking. Its roof floor and need to be carefull not to hit your head. Having impression that the owner is following you always as he is sending private messages on whatsapp almost everytime we enter the apartment as he is watching from the camera at the entrance.

Great quiet apartment, had everything we needed, even coffee capsules and candy)

The apartment is fantastic. The staff is dedicated and friendly. Everything is at an admirable level!

It's nice and cosy apartment located under the roof on the latest floor. There is almost everything to live there for a week or two (There is no washing machine, so keep a set of clean t-shirts :) ). Everything is a fresh new, including very comfortable sleeping place with a really good bed. Internet speed is about 150 Mb/s, it's enough for online meetings or YouTube. I did not switch TV on, so can say nothing about it. The apartment has a really cool lighting set/schema with a set of led lines built into interior. There are couple of ways how you can reach the city center, including tram, buses, and minibus. The fastest one (15-20 minutes) is minibus 9b (200 dinars).

The only minor issue (for me as working remotely) is a lift's electrical motor engine located nearby. I could hear it and it's got annoying from time to time. I would say - it's IMHO, so don't think it's a big issue for all. And yes, - having lid for the frying pan would be a nice add-on :)
