Overall it felt damp throughout despite the air con. Parking was challenging- either payable at EUR 1/hr or a fight for the odd free spaces. The place is also very noisy even with closed windows and the kitchen equipment is really not functional to cook even the simplest meal. The first place in a month in Italy without a coffee rocket!

If you want to stay close to Ercolano archeological site, some restaurants and the Vesuvio, this can provide a very good location to you. Luigi offered airport transfer service for €40, which we accepted and are very thankful for. However, you can take the Circumvesuviana train line to arrive there at a cost of €2,40 per person.

You cannot have a proper shower in this place. There's no boiler, only a water tank with 50 liters of hot water. If you are going alone, it might not be such a problem, but we were three and it takes over 40 min to the tank get refilled. So imagine a very hot summer, you arriving with your family after long walks out even a day at the beach and this is the shower waiting for you all! We were never checked for anything at all, just to collect tax payment. We never had our towels changed or a guidance on where to go. Anyway, we're happy because we're back home.

sitting on top of the Herculaneum....impossible to get closer, restaraunt and bar in proximity, wonderfully helpful people highly recommend ... first in to Herculaneum, it's all yours for an hour

Parking is not available with the property as described

The location is excellent - right next to Herculaneum Archeological Park. The host was helpful and thoughtful. She went out of her way to help us, even at an inconvenient time of day.

The descriptions on the website were misleading. We were expecting a bedroom and a separate living room with a sofa-bed. In fact there is only one room which contains both the double bed and the sofa-bed. The website also needs updating as not all of the facilities advertised were provided. Guests who are light sleepers should be aware that the property is very close to a busy road.

The shopping Beach cafes food museum was great. Great wifi

The room was gloomy dark the kitchen only had 1 burner to cook very little cutlery not enough kitchenware. The paint on the ceiling kept falling on us. The fridge freezer was so ice buildup. No clean towels were brought to us we washed what was there. The mattress uncomfortable. Will notgo to this location
