"Very good"

Natalie provided very good communication prior to our visit. There is a lift to the 5th floor so access is easy. Everything was in the apartment that we needed. Big balcony that had the sun from around 11am until 8 pm. It was quiet at night. Parking is a problem, you can quickly drop your luggage off and hope traffic officials don't come then we had to park about 1 mile away. I have included a photo showing the sign to look for, the entrance door and the apartment.

Parking was the only problem.

"Absolute disgrase."

The apartment was like the pictures on booking.com.

The first night we could not get in apartment, the key kept turning and we were outside the door for 2 hours, I tried 5 times to call the owner but no response, so the next day we had to book another hotel, still not heard anything from the owner, but I would like a refund because that's what we booked on the site.
