Nothing BECAUSE BOOKING.COM DOUBLED BOOKED IT AND I ONLY FOUND OUT BY CHANCE A FEW HOURS BEFORE WE FLEW ASKING ABOUT THE KEYS - AND THE OWNER SAID 'WHAT!! I CANCELLED 3 DAYS AGO IT WAS A BOOKING.COM ERROR. I SPENT 3 HOURS TRYING TO TALK TO A HUMAN AND EVEN THEN THEY COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. IT COST OVER £200+ TO HAVE SOMEWHERE TO STAY AT THE LAST MINUTE. THEY SAID SORRY BUT HAVE BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT SINCE. I HAVE WRITTEN TO THE TRAVEL CORRESPONDENTS OF THE TIMES AND THE SUNDAY MAIL BECAUSE I WANT MY COSTS AND COMPENSATION. BOOKING.COM ARE AN INEPT DISGRACE - AND GOD HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY WONT.
