Clean and perfect 👌

We stayed for 7 nights, and the apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils. The living area was comfortable with a TV, table, and Wi-Fi. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and a variety of restaurants, with a partial sea view that added to the experience. The apartment was bright and airy, thanks to the numerous windows. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a well-equipped apartment.

There was no free parking nearby, though we managed to find a spot about 10 minutes away on foot. Additionally, there was a smell coming from the bathroom and the entrance of the building, possibly due to an issue with the plumbing.

It was near the beach and the shops, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The air conditioning wasn't too loud or cold. The ladies who came to clean were very nice.

We weren't aware it was a studio apartment, and were disappointed. We didn't know the area and it was in the centre of town, which could be noisy at night. We had to ask people in the street to find our way around as nothing was explained to us.

Loved the location, it was practically adjacent to all the restaurants in the town and yet just about 1 minutes walk to the beach, ths apartment was very clean and well appointed with a great kitchen and large dining area. The apartment had great air conditioning which was great for the warm evenings. Another bonus was a great washing machine and drying rack which means you can wash your clothes as you go so you really can cut down on the amount of luggage you bring. The bathroom was clean and modern. Access to the apartment was via a smartphone app which could lock and open the door, we both had access on our phones which was handy and no keys to worry about losing. Although the apartment was above a main street there was no major disturbances at night which enabled us to sleep well. Overall I would return here in a heartbeat and hope to do do again.

There was a slight smell of stagnant drain water as you enter the main building lobby but it wasn't that offputting and not a reflection of the apartment itself. There was no obvious way to dispose of rubbish from the kitchen bin, we had to bring it in bags to the bins on the beach, a dedicated bin for the apartment would be ideal.

Great location, clean and great service

Me and my partner liked the cleanliness of the apartment, its location in the heart of Estepona, a comfortable kitchen and the large windows that let plenty of sunshine in all day long. The host(s) were easy to communicate with and attended each question we had promptly via WhatsApp.

At the time of our stay there was a road construction below which caused a temporary water and internet shortage for 1 day. The apartment could benefit from a vacuum cleaner due to proximity to the beach.
