Stunning 2 bed with outside balcony, super king beds and 75’’ TV!

There was no tv in the bedrooms

The balcony was absolutely disgusting, full of pigeons and poo

Access was too complicated, all lifts out of order

Perfect location, quiet area and walking distance to the city centre/shops. Host was extremely helpful, clear instructions and check in and check out, very responsive. Apartment was very clean and tudy on arrival. Provided was all amenities, bathrooms had plenty of toiletries, kitchen had tea/coffee/sugar/milk.

Floorboards were very creeky, could hear movement and noise from the hallway and neighbouring apartments. Slight bad smell in the kitchen area, dishwasher also gave off a very bad smell when it was opened, was slightly hesitant to use it. No dish sponges, surface wipes or kitchen roll, so we did have to buy those items to clean up after ourselves. Radiators either didnt work or took a very long time to heat up, but we were provided with an electric heater which helped a lot. Beds were not the best, slightly uncomfortable, one of the duvets did have some stains (looked like makeup). Balcony area could also use a little TLC.

Excellent communication from staff, great value for money. Very clean.
