L'emplacement, les places de parking à disposition, le propriétaire toujours à disposition, et l'appartement est muni de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment.

On entend un peu le bruit de l'ascenseur, mais il nest pas souvent sollicité donc pas trop de dérangement.
