La posizione tranquilla a poca distanza dal centro di Faliraki raggiungibile anche a piedi e con un supermercato ad ottimi prezzi e servizi. Letti comodi e bella vista dall' alto.

Alloggio perfetto! Host gentilissimo, simpatico e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza! Camera e bagno puliti e nuovi, presente anche un bel balconcino. L’appartamento è in una posizione perfetta: a 5 min a piedi dal centro di Faliraki, quindi molto silenzioso la notte, ma anche vicinissimo a spiagge famose come: Anthony Quinn’s Bay, Mamdomata Beach e Traganou Beach. È inoltre a soli 20 minuti dal centro di Rodi e in posizione strategica per muoversi sul lato sud est dell’isola: sempre a 20 minuti si trovano Tsambika Beach, Sant’Agata e un po’ più giù Lindos, visitabile in giornata. Soggiorno perfetto, da tornare sicuramente :)

Gutes Bett, guter Ausblick.

Schallprobleme: Beworben als "soundproof" in real Plattenbauakkustik = sehr hellhörig nach innen und nach außen (Fenster sehr schalldurchlässig); die verschiedenen Klimaanlagen/Heizungen am Haus erzeugen durchgehendes dumpfes Brummen, die ganze Nacht; der Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls sehr laut, wenn er sich nachts plötzlich einschaltet. Mangelhafte Küche: kaum Besteck, Geschirr oder Gläser; nur ein Herd, ein Topf und eine Pfanne, in schlechtem Zustand (alt, stark verkratzt, verbrannt, verzogen, großflächig abblätternde Beschichtung). Wasserkocher wird wegen dicker Kalkschicht erst nach langer Zeit heiß; Nespresso Kaffeemaschine macht Kaffee maximal nur warm. Auch wenn viele (hier nicht weiter erläuterte) Defekte und Mängel behoben werden konnten, es bleiben viele Mängel und Defekte, die ich so nicht erwartet habe. Die 12-tägige Erfahrung war daher enttäuschend und vor allem lautstärkebedingt nicht wirklich erholsam. Vom Gastgeber hätte ich mir mehr Verständnis anstatt Verteidigungshaltung (so mein Eindruck) gewünscht.

The host is a fantastic person. Helped me a lot with things. The rooms are super spacious and close bye to the main costal viewpoint near the pavo cafe which gas beautiful views of the island

I think the duvet could be better

Everything was perfect. Host Dimitri was super friendly recommend us interesting places to visit and cared a lot about our stay. He made our stay even better. If we come back to Rodos it will be Planet View. :)

Great location. Distant from the main road, traffic and noise, but at the same time walking distance to shops, cafés, restaurants and the beach. Beautiful balcony view. Dimitris is a lovely and always eager to help host.
