Downtown Royal de Lux

The location is excellent. The hosts are kind and attentive. The apartment is really beautiful, spacious and quite cousy. We had a problem with the boiler (we didn't have hot water for a day) but the host took care of it and fixed it. The decoration of the apartment is wonderful and the heating is really good.

The mattress on the sofa bed could have been better. It might be ok for kids, but certainly not for adults.

Great location. 15 min walk from just about everything (except Buda). Beautifully decorated. Large rooms. Fantastic bathroom.

The location was perfect to walk everywhere we needed. It was great there there was a little maket next door if we needed anything the place was very spacious and really comfortable. I will definitely try to book this location if I find myself in Budapest again! As other people wrote I thought it was too good to be true for the price and was worried that it wasn't going to be as nice as it was but it exceeded our expecations!

The only suggestion I would have would be to have more hand towels in the kitchen. And maybe a little more tea selection but we were able to get what we needed at the market downstairs

Very spacious and cozy apartment. Great location near the city center and Vaci utca. Nice old building and a lot of shops and restaurants/cafe nearby,

The couches was a bit old and artificial leather were not in a best condition, so after sitting there parts of it were everywhere. Also the proces to find a key was a bit difficult, but on the other hand it remind us a kviz game like escape room :) But anyway it's a perfect apartment for that price, totally recommend!

Apartment was very 🤩 beautiful, luxurious. More beautiful than in the pictures. The location was just perfect, from restaurants to attractions everything nearby. We had a great stay.

Some items like dishwasher tablet, trash bag was not that great quality. There was no high chair and washing machine.

The Apartment was amazing, super close to everything, very clean, comfy and cozy, the hosts are amazing, very fast responses and we had so much fun and amazing times, Thank you very much !

Everything about our experience was fantastic! From the booking confirmation, to the follow up communication - above & beyond! The self check in instructions were very clear & safe . During our stay I got emails to make sure we were OK! The apartment was fabulous, the decor was fab , spotless , lots of space! Home from home it had Everything we need to make our Budapest stay special! Thank you
