All basic facilities are available.

This is not a very attractive location for someone looking for a fancy tourist location.

Our overall stay was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the apartment. It was very spacious, fully equipped, and had a lovely patio where we enjoyed having breakfast. The private parking spot was a big advantage, and the option of a paid transfer from the airport was convenient. The owner was exceptionally kind and communicative – always quick to reply, very welcoming, and even surprised us with delicious homemade dates, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was perfectly clean. The location was also great: it takes about 10–15 minutes to walk to the sea (for us it was fine, as we liked walking), and there are shops, cafes, and a bus stop nearby. Faliraki itself is a perfect base for exploring Rhodes, being close to the capital and many attractions, with good bus connections 😊

The only thing that could make the apartment even better would be having a washing machine.

The property is really cute, the outdoor space is exceptional!

The property had everything we needed! The location was perfect, 10/15 min walk to the beach or there are e-scooters a 1 min walk from the apartment you can hire (easy app download) and leave at various locations to get you around if it’s too hot. The host was great, really friendly and helpful. He recommended some places which we visited and had a great time. The outside area is nice for the warm evenings playing games and a couple of drinks (supermarkets less than 5 min walk). We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

We enjoyed everything

Absolutely loved this bungalow the outside seating and bbq area especially and my other half the outside shower. Everything was spotlessly clean with beers, water and orange juice left in the fridge for our arrival. Plenty clean towels and linen left and the owner Manos and his wife came to introduce themselves bringing fresh figs from his garden and making sure that I had his number if there was anything at all needed.

The neighbours taste in music lol but they were all very pleasant and polite.

Calm, spacious(incl. outdoor space) and generally well equipped, especially the outdoor area, having a BBQ, shower, sink, reserved parking lot and even a garden hose. The host was very friendly, polite and quickly responding to all of our questions/requests.

I would improve the coffee machine(currently only shwarz, where cheap and better alternatives are present) and the available kitchen amenities (mostly knives, smaller pan, etc). Both things are definitely not a deal breaker, but will increase the yearly quality and value vs relatively low investment.

Excellent holiday house in Faliraki, ideal even for a more extended stay. It has a separate sleeping room, and dining room combined with a kitchen with a stove, oven, kettle, fridge, and coffee machine. Of course, there is a bathroom with a standing shower and a toilet. It also has air conditioning which works well and a big terrace with a sunbed, a shower, and a grill place. There are taverns and a supermarket nearby. The place is quiet, WIFI works well even for video calls. The owner is a very nice person who answered all our questions very quick and effectively.

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is a bit far from the beaches and the city center, 15 mins walk, but for us it wasn't a problem and if you stay with a car or a scooter, it will be ideal.

the relaxed surrounding, the patio, being able to eat dinner outside, the bed was really great! we used the bbq once and the outside shower was really nice for hot days: we wish we could have stayed longer
