Location is pretty good (near the train station, shops, restaurants, public transport) as well as facilities (toaster, kettle, ...)

Well, there´s lot to be honest. When we first arrived, a very strong smell of mold and humidity welcomed us. As it was pretty late we decided to stay the night, because we thought the issue wasn´t that bad. (spoiler alert - it was) We tried to get rid of the smell by opening the window and the door for 15 minutes but that did not help so much. After we woke up we didn't feel well because of the smell. We found out there was mold at various places, especially in the bathroom. We contacted the host immediately that was really bad. We even sent the photos where there was clearly visible that there is mold around the apartment. The host sent some cleaning lady when we were not at he apartment without our consent. After we got back to check how the cleaning was done we saw that the mold was removed only from some places, because the clening was apparently very fast and not done properly. Also we could not breathe there because of the chemicals used for the cleaning. When using these chemicals you are required to ventilate the room properly due to comply with the health and safety, but this apparently was not done. We considered staying at such property a risk to our health so we booked another room for the rest of the stay and required the host to refund us for the remaining 3 nights. Then we discovered that even our clothes which were in the aparment for only approximately 16 hours absorbed the smell of mold and were not suitable for further use. Unfortunately the communication with host was really not good. He did not consider our concerns and was not able to admit that there was any problem with mold. He repeatedly said there was no mold even after we sent him photos where it was clearly visible. We consider this communication disrespectful and his actions irresponsible. It is a shame that this happened because otherwise it would be a decent apartment at a decent location for a nice price. But under these cirsumstances we are forced to give the worst rating.

Good location, everything was within a 20/30 minute walk. Warm apartment with all the basics. Comfy bed and hot shower.

Slight smell of damp when you walk in and the bathroom didn’t have an extractor so was a bit wet after a shower.

We need to find a place near our friends who live nearby. So the location was perfect for us and was the main reason we booked this place. The bed was comfortable and the other facilities/appliances were acceptable.

Immediately upon entry we were hit with a bad smell, likely mold. The smell was strong at times but barely noticeable while sleeping so we put up with it. When we asked the host, the only solution offered was an air freshener, which is not really a solution as there are health risks associated with mold. The bathroom door needs handiwork to allow it to close properly. And the bathroom in general was very cramped making for uncomfortable showers etc.

Perfect location close to the city. Apartment is perfect for couple or two people. There was everything what we needed.

After arrival there was some hair in the bathroom. And also little bit cold during winter time.
