The Hayloft

Only good thing about this place was it's location.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've slept in, in years. My back has been aching the whole day. The breakfast would have been day old scones with butter in packets and jam in a container. No milk for tea/coffee. The bathroom towels are soooo thin and stunk so badly. And this place needs a REALLY good clean - dust and cobwebs everywhere.

The home baking on arrival and during our stay was wonderful. Dawn always makes us feel so welcome.

Very quaint apartment with a lovely private garden. It was well equipped with all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. Although it says ‘no internet’ we were pleasantly surprised to find a router. Grandaughter LOVED the bath!! Dawn was a lovely hostess, greeting us when we arrived and she had even put freshly baked scones, butter and jam in the kitchen for us.

My only small issue was the bedroom was facing onto a single road which was busy and as the building has the old type sash windows it was a bit noisy. That’s just me though. My granddaughter slept all night.

Absolutely lovely wee place — cosy, warm and full of charm. Everything we needed was right there. We were genuinely delighted with our stay. The sweetest touch was the wee treat waiting for us — a bun and some jam. That really made our day.

Proximity to centre of town, just around the corner.

No vegan meal options in this dmall town which was dissapointing. The host provided me with a slice of Vegan Lemon Cake which was delicious, until I found a Subway quite a few miles away to buy food.

Access to Falkland's attractions was excellent. Very cosy with great facilities. Everything we needed. Parking was convenient just nearby and free.

Il check-in è avvenuto in autonomia tramite locker, molto comodo per noi. Lamproprietá ha lasciato scritte le indicazioni e istruzioni. Ci ha lasciato anche un piattino con scones e marmellata che abbiamo mangiato a colazione. Appartamento delizioso, molto pulito e corredato di tutto. Bagno bello grande, vasca con doccia ben funzionante. Wifi e tv e cucina perfettamente organizzata.

Abbiamo trovato il letto piccolo e un po' scomodo.
