Description of how to find the property was straightforward. Instructions for obtaining the key were clear. The property was very comfortable, facilities excellent. Everything there that we needed, and ample space for two. WIFI excellent.

Could have had more detailed instructions for recycling, as all areas in England have different rules! eg, do bottles go in recycling box?

2nd time staying here its a lovely comfortable apartment with a great view and a great location for central Falmouth. Our daughter is at Falmouth Uni and it's a great base for our visits.

Location, comfort of apartment. Nice bed, big towels and nice welcome pack. Cute balcony and able to use streaming services on smart TV.

There was some rowdy behaviour outside on the street on 2 of the nights.
