"Logement proche du parking et du centre historique."

Ho trascorso una sola notte presso la struttura, ma ci sono stati vari problemi e aspetti da migliorare: - Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere svariati minuti fuori dal portone, in quanto il codice di accesso per il ritiro delle chiavi non funzionava, e il servizio clienti non è stato veloce nel fornircene uno nuovo. - Entrati in camera abbiamo subito notato una forte umidità, che è peggiorata dopo aver fatto la doccia (il bagno che dà sulla stanza è cieco e senza ventola) e ci ha costretti a dormire con la finestra aperta. - Nonostante l’alloggio fosse stato prenotato per 4 persone, era disposto solo il necessario per 2 persone: divano letto chiuso, lenzuola e salviette non preparate ma messe in un baule.

Abgewohnt, renovierungsbedürftig (Baddecke und -wand mit Defekten). Bett durchgelegen. 1(!) Glas, 1 Messer, nur Espressotassen. Taubenkot auf Fensterbrettern

Excellent location. Beautiful building and decorated very nice

The property did not have a hot tub, despite this being advertised, and we paid a premium specifically for this feature. We were only offered a partial refund of £30, which did not reflect the additional cost paid. The bathroom also had visible mould and requires a more thorough clean.
