3 good things about the apartment: the location, the local benefits card you receive, the kitchen equipment.

Very low level of service, every little thing we asked for like salt, towels, garbage bags that ran out, we got a response "we are not a hotel - we are a vacation home". They wanted a second towel change during a 15-day stay for 50 euros, no less. Contrary to the advertising on Booking, we did not get access to the garden of the house because we discovered that the ground floor was also probably rented out, and so we were told by the owner upon our arrival that they had rented it out contrary to what was promised on the website that the entire house was at our disposal. Dealing with the owner only through Booking's messenger, which was very difficult. Within the first hour of arriving at the apartment, we received a complaint from the owner about turning on a single light and that if we continued like this, our deposit would not be returned, a kind of threat. The owners were not in the area at all for most of our stay and for almost a week they did not bother to answer messages on Booking's messenger. It turns out that one of the neighbors also raided the house when the owner was not in the area for many days and gave us a completely incorrect and unrealistic description. And at check-out they sent someone else and didn't bother to say hello, not that we were missing anything, it just illustrates the attitude. Not to mention not being welcomed with a small fruit basket or chocolate, something for the attitude like we had in countless receptions on other vacations, even in rural vacation homes. Our feeling was that from the moment the payment was made, and we arrived at the apartment, there was no service or attempt from the owner to make our time enjoyable.

The house owner was very nice (he lives in the same house), and always tried to help. Even when we bought 2 fans (since it was too hot), he gave us the money back. It was a reasonable value for money (but not what we expected)

The maintenance all over the place was very low. There was only one shower working (instead of two). The pictures at booking are not exactly what you get. The garden with the playground outside wasn’t available for us. It seems there were another guests at -1 floor with an access to the garden. The apartment wasn’t clean (floor, furniture, shower, etc.). Even when the temperature was cool outside, you couldn’t open the windows, since there was no net.
