Ocean View from Lanais-2 Blocks to Waikiki Beach

Two blocks from beach. The inside of the unit was very nice.

Disappointed that we did not have access to the World Series playoff games. Also, no bath mat nor grips to prevent falling in shower. The instructions to the property did not include access to the key fob, etc. They seemed to stop short when I arrived at the property. Had to keep calling for further instructions. My email included a PIN code but that wasn't used for anything.

Proximity to Waikiki Beach and all the surrounding places to shop&eat were all within walking distance of hotel. Very Clean upon arrival. Had everything we needed to cook our Breakfasts every morning. Instructions were very clear. Would definitely stay again and recommend to my clients, our family and friends.

Tight spot for our Ford Expedition (it did clear the parking garage), but definitely appreciated the parking per day fee which was a lot less than anywhere else.

Very good location! Enjoyed the lanai for sunsets and evenings after a long day out exploring. Very, very clean accommodations.

Very noisy all times of the day & night. Being on the 15th floor and situated around other high rises allowed noise to reverberate up from the streets. Ear plugs helped with sleeping. The place felt dated…needs a breath of fresh air in its look. The furniture and carpet were old & “tired”.

Just the parking stall being little smelly probably coz of the trash chute being close to it .it left that smell in the car every morning b4 we left the garage

Conveniently located

1. Elevator problems, out 3 different times 2. TV channels offered did not include local stations to get local news, weather , and traffic. I dont really need the news in Cleveland, weather in boston, and traffic in LA. 3. There was a no shoes policy not mentioned previously, could have brought slippers or flip flops for walking around. 4. Mentioned laundry, but not clear if there was a charge to operate. 5. property should have facility to wash sand off feet. 6. instructions sent prior were not very detailed, could have included a could pix for lockbox and key fobs.
