couldn't open the front door of the unit when we arrived. it took 2 trip to the Hi5 office at 2 km per trip to get someone to come down with another set of keys to sort out the door problem

The apartment is huge and was perfect for our group. The location is perfect too

Good Location, excellent property and facilities

The cleaner was sick and the rooms were not cleaned on time.

The location of the apartment is perfect, it’s located on a pedestrianised street and so minimal noise at night/early morning. Plenty of good restaurants close by for breakfast and dinner. Spacious, light and airy with three shower rooms - a definite plus for an all female group!

The lack of clothes hanging facilities, not even a few hooks. This was a real annoyance for four ladies with long dresses to hang! We improvised and used a stepladder which was stored behind our bedroom door but I’m sure future guests would benefit. The smell of drains in the bathrooms at times was extremely unpleasant.

The location is perfect, on Vaci Uca. The apartment is spacious and airconditioned, with 3 showers and 2 toilets.

To start with, it was listed as a apartment in the second floor. It was actually on a 3rd floor, with no elevator. My mom is 80 years old and climbing up and down stairs was a strain. Second, when you enter the lobby, there is the building's garbage area. Not very pleasant. Third, the "Reception" mentioned by the owner in which we can store luggage after the checkout, is location 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Other point to improve: to towel hangers in the showers and toilets, all towels are old and thin from endless laundry, and last but not least, there was a bad smell from the sync in one of the toilets.
