Clean appartement, perfect location! 2nd time we stayed here, this time in winter. We plan to come next year!

Just perfect. Such a beautiful location in the centre of town. Everything at walking distance. Friendlybowner who was very helpful.

Wunderbares Zimmer, nette Gastgeberin, Zimmer war sauber und Küche war auch gut ausgestattet, Filzmoos ist ein sehr schöner Ort, von dort auch nicht weit in die Ramsau. Trotz Strasse vor der Tür war es sehr ruhig, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Communication with the host was superb; host was very accommodating. The apartment was spacious; the bathroom was brand new with a large shower cabin; beds were super comfy; the kitchen was well equipped with all necessary utensils; the furniture was of excellent quality. The location of the apartment is close to a bus stop and only few minutes away from all major restaurants. There was plenty of parking in front of the building. Rooms were quiet. With the Filzmoos Summer Card (free of charge) we were able to use the Papageno Gondelbahn for free. The Gondelbahn took us to the Schoergi Alm which offers wonderful hiking trails.

We had some trouble getting a stable connection with the TV but that could well have been a consequence of bad weather.

Friendliness, cleanliness and very close to the Skilift and inner town

We just loved staying here. Especially everyone was happy and satisfied about the bed condition. It was more than enough to relieve our body from the stress outside walking all day for traveling. The host was so nice and kind and I would definately want to stay here with my husband next year if there's a smaller room🥹 I would really like to recommend this place to any family who would like to travel around to Halstatt, Gosau and everywhere. Places for foods are around so it's also comfortable to get food and drinks, grocerys. Thank you it was wonderful staying here

- nice looking appartments - clean - good location - well equipped indoor play area - a big room for strollers/bikes/ski equipment - helpful appartment owner

Tips for improvement: - we got two toilet papers for a family for a week, could have been restocked during our stay - the same applies to garbage bags, we wanted to recycle and therefore we needed several different bags and had to buy our own - the ventilation in kitchens is not ideal, smells after cooking stay in the appartment for a long time - we stayed a week and the city tax was collected on our last day 1 hour before we left, owners looked annoyed that 6 families have payed separately and that it took some time (the city tax could have been collected during our stay and it would not be an issue)
