BWThe location, definitely. It’s in a safe neighbourhood.
Definitely the bed mattress. It was not firm at all. You sink badly into it. Also the dogs confined to the back of the yard that we weren’t told about. My partner is terrified of dogs, so it was not a pleasant surprise to a) find them there, and b) the cottage door be right where their confinement begins, barking whenever we’d go in and out the cottage or try open the windows to the bathroom. So that took away a fair bit from our enjoyment of the place.

CYZAVery easy to find and quite near the shopping areas … 2 min drive to shops and restaurants. Nicole us a great host and can’t do enough for one to maximise the experience.
