Conveniently located to the town centre, supermarket and ski facilities access. The place is clean, and the kitchen has everything.

The shower's warm water was not enough for two people, and one night, it was not warm at all We had a problem with the heating system for one night, so I got sick with flu. The minimum temperature should be set higher per Italian law during the winter period. The small room is part of the main bedroom, so there is no privacy. It is a one-bedroom apartment.

A quiet corner within walking distance to Folgaria downtown. Plenty of kitchen utensils, including a stove-top coffee maker!

Small flaws: leaking kitchen faucet, misaligned doors of the shower cabin that don't close properly, rather unpleasant lighting.
