"Not a 3 rooms department, besides that, everything was correct"

The owner had no troble with helping us as mucha as we needed, although he was not there. We met nearby the place with the servicer and he came with us to the house and explained us the basics

I tried to contact the person who was supposed to deliver the keys (inmobiliaria formigal), the day before the entrance, but he had the mobile out of reach. Due to it was 1st of january, holliday, which is fair, but it would be very helpfull if he would have taken the phone.
