"An enjoyable few days in a unique property."

Unique and beautiful property. Very comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the lovely breakfast and and other pantry items provided. Well located in the middle of town.

"The most amazing place to stay"

I have travelled around the world over the past twenty years staying in many apartments and hotels and Abbey on Main is by far the best place I have ever stayed in, the ambience of the place is amazing, the comfortable beds and everything you need is provided, the location is perfect for travelling around the Huon Valley and it is not that far from Hobart, I highly recommend Abbey on Main.

"Abbey on Main was an exceptional place to stay our every comfort was catered for."

The quality of this unique property was outstanding. The beds were extremely comfortable and the decor was beautiful and tastefully done. The host provided a selection of breakfast goodies, fresh bread, apples and chocolates. Gavin also provided local information about attractions to visit and recommended local cafes and restaurants.

We could not find fault with the property.

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the town of Franklin charming."

Provisions plus wine and chocolates were excellent. The beds very, very comfortable and everything was of excellent quality.

As an older group found the stairs and steps a little challenging, otherwise perfect stay and location.
