- Hele vriendelijke host - Goed bed - Locatie: aan de rand van het centrum van Frascati, en heel dichtbij het treinstation waarmee je gemakkelijk naar Rome kunt reizen (alleen trein rijdt niet op zondag kwamen wij achter). Grote supermarkt met ruime openingstijden op loopafstand. Gratis parkeren op zo'n 7 minuten loopafstand. - We vonden de buitenruimte ook prettig; ondanks dat het aan een straat met redelijk wat auto's ligt, voelt het toch privé door alle planten. - Wasrek buiten

- Met de ramen open hoorde je wel nog redelijk wat geluid van mensen en auto's op straat

Struttura super accogliente, con tutto a disposizione. Proprietario molto disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, cordiale e simpatico. Struttura situata in centro, davanti alla stazione di Frascati, dove ogni ora passa un treno per Roma.

Unica nota negativa il parcheggio a pagamento, essendo in zona centralissima, ma a 10 minuti a piedi ci sono dei parcheggi gratuiti dove si può lasciare la macchina tutto il giorno.

Cristiano was a super friendly host, everything had been thoughtfully prepared, coffee machine, umbrella, sweets and biscuits. We arrived and departed by train so it couldn’t have been more convenient. 2 mins from train, 2 mins into town.

I like a lot of natural light and whilst there are lovely big windows in the bedroom and bathroom and doors in the lounge/ kitchen, this is a basement apt and is naturally quite dark, only to be expected and I knew that. Still I would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Appartamento pulito, confortevole e ben accessoriato. In ottima posizione per girare il centro l'appartamento si trova davanti a un parcheggio a pagamento e ad un minuto dalla stazione. Cristiano è comunque sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi problema. Noi, abbiamo soggiornato una settimana per girare i Castelli Romani e questa ci è parsa senza dubbio la miglior base di partenza per un tour culturale ed enogastronomico. Torneremo senz'altro.

We loved our stay at Marilyn's house. The location was very near to the train station - there are a significant number of stairs to climb with luggage - beware, or bring a car. Frascati is a very cool town, great restaurants and becomes lovely a quiet oasis in the evening. A fabulous antidote to the craziness of Rome. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and the shower roomy, washing machine that made it easy for us as we are traveling for a long period of time. Our host was so helpful and accomodating as our arrival time changed unexpectedly on the first day. Its a really good choice to stay out of Rome, with a 30 mins train ride back to Roma Termini.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut und gleichzeitig ruhig. Die Fahrt nach Rom ist sehr unkompliziert, da das Apartment 1 Minute vom Bahnhof entfernt ist.
