The staff were so helpful and kind. They helped me to organise my transport for the day, and to hold my bags while I explored La Frontera after check-out. The location is good and the view from the room is beautiful. Thank you for everything!

Nicely equipped apt in the back of the beautiful courtyard. Probably the best location for staying in the el golfo region (we moved here from a different place that was a bit more 'out of town'.) El hierro is pretty calm, so was nice to stay where you can walk to coffee etc in local establishments, parking non issue, traffic noise non issue (back house, and this is el hierro after all), quick drive to 3 different charco for swimming etc. Would stay here again!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment is in a good location for restaurants and shops. the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment so nice and quiet.

There was limited equipment in the kitchen- no kettle or toaster, no chopping board etc.

We were thrree of us staying in a two bedroom apartment on first floor. The apartment was very spacey and clean and the small balcony was facing the main street. The bedrooms were in the back, facing another part of the Hotel and a beutiful garden so there was no disturbance from the street. The receptionist gave us tips about where to have breakfast and dinner, just a few meters away, and we were very happy with the restaurants. The hotel does not have a private parking lot but we din´t have any trouble in parking. We only stayed for two nights , but would recommend to stay at least for four days. El Hierro is such nice island and plenty of things and places to discover

The pessure of the hot water was not high enough, in the sinks and in the shower. We just told them when we left :)
