Ubytovani skvele, perfektní, ciste. S pani domluva ubytovani, plus rady a tipy skvele.

Arogance personalu hotelu. Zejmena restaurace. Jako bychom je obtezovali. Jednou nam dokonce odmitli dat veceri, ze maji malo i pro sve hosty. A na snidani v 8.45 dosla vajicka a dalsi tepla jidla. Takze jen sunka/syr a musli🙈jako restaurace katastrofa amaterismus a jeste k tomu to arogantni chovani. Nedoporucujeme.

Vše bylo super. V apartmánu jsou připravené župany, přesun do akvacentra/wellness trvá asi 3 minuty vytápěnou chodbou. Po dopoledním bruslení na jezeře je to perfektní relax.

Apartmán prostorný, pohodlné matrace, vybaven i talířky, skleničkami a příborem, k dispozici župany

Vše ok Jen to parkování - díky vysoké ceně nutno parkovat mimo areál (u půjčovny lyží) a dojít pěšky, je tam sice zákaz vjezdu, že je to jen pro místní občany, ale stali jsme tam po celý víkend a OK.

Dazu habe ich keine Aussage, weil die Buchung ein Wellneshotel sein sollte. In Wirklichkeit ist es ein Betrugsfall. Die Bilder des Angebots sind tatsächlich von einem Wellnesshotel. Leider istvdad aber das Nachbargebäude, das nichts mit der tatsächlichen Untekunft zu tun hat

"Když bych jel do těch míst znovu, klidně se tam ubytuji zase."

Výborná eurosnídaně, na které si vybere každý, ale nebyla levná.

Pár technických drobností lze lepšit, ale nebylo to nic, co by nám pobyt zkazilo nebo omezilo. Předal jsem info telefonem, tak to není třeba rozepisovat zde.

Ubytování je jiného majitele než hotelu, který pak poskytuje služby, které platíte: snídaně i děti nad 12 let 270,- Kč, vstup do bazénu pro rodinku 2500,- parkování 200,- na den … U ubytovatele tyto informace před platbou nedostanete/ nedočtete se. Pokud by byly tyto údaje transparentně uvedeny u ubytování bylo by to OK, můžete se rozhodnout… ale takhle to bylo pro nás rozčarování.
