Mama Africa

Moussa est vraiment une personne exceptionnelle. Il a été d'une aide précieuse tout le long du séjour. Il est prévenant et attentionné. C'est un bonheur de rencontrer des gens comme lui. Il a été soucieux de notre sécurité et a tout fait pour que nous soyons le plus à l'aise possible. Si je le peux, je reviendrais sans hésiter.

We really liked the terrace on the roof. Our appartment was big and clean. The manager Mohammed is very helpful, thanks a lot.

Accueil glacial, nous n'étions pas attendu, notre hôte a passé un coup de téléphone afin de savoir si nous avions réservé. Réservation faite sur Booking plusieurs mois en amont. Ce dernier nous a d'abord présenté les activités à faire et a encaissé celles-ci avant de nous montrer les chambres qui étaient sales, couvertures tachées, tête de lit déplorables, dans l'ensemble franchement pas net du tout. Nous avons séjourné dans d'autres chambres d'hôtes durant notre voyage mais jamais aussi crade. Nous sommes partis de suite et Mama africa a dénoncé notre absence (envoi d'un message à 23:59 afin de nous demander ouafin que nous ne soyons pas remboursés. Nous avons perçu un remboursement pour 6 personnes de 0.22€

Emplaçement idéal, au calme avec une terrasse vue mer. Cuisine extérieure à disposition sur la terrasse. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre propre et lit confortable. Pour l organisation de vos sorties Moussa sera de bon conseil avec des prix compétitifs. Grâce à Moussa nous avons découvert le meilleur Kochary de Hurgada. .

Had a great stay in mama Africa, nice clean room, and nice rooftop balcony, in great location..Mossa and Muhammad are the hosts, and are lovely people and make you feel at home, really enjoyed my stay and had good laugh with Mossa, very good price also,thank you Mossa and Muhammad, I will return,

老板很好帮忙抬了行李，在四楼房间和露台都可以很开心的看甄嬛传网速非常好，这点非常重要 希望有人能懂我！！环境不错性价比高 并且空调很棒 mocia人好 非常热情

The accommodation is very comfortable and pleasant. The large rooftop terrace is wonderful for relaxing and socializing. The staff is very friendly. The owner can organize various excursions for a reasonable price or give you advice on anything you might need.

Quite spacious, for the money paid that's quite allright Ground floor studio, no stairs

When I went to the location to check the room before booking because of many questionable reviews - guy acted offended (saying he has better things to do - dude is there all day, that's his job 😆) Then walking me up top floor 5 floors took my passport and showed me not the studio but a double for also much higher price, I was pissed he wasted my time like that and took my passport back, which he made a nice fold on multiple pages, holding it like it's a tissue.... (yeah unfortunately I didn't have the new hard plastic one yet) Then finally he showed me the room hours later, I was able to checkin only at 9pm because there was still someone in it altough website said 2 studio available Then few days later I extended, booked in booking and PAID, 2 days later woke me up knocking loud at the window saying there's another guest coming, which of course was me... Dude should learn some manners, but check other reviews there's a few lines about him...😡🤬 Also demanded cash and wanted extra money for nothing upon extending, demanded tips 💸🤑 Mosque at 5am can disturb your sleep if you aren't used to it yet, after few days I just slept over it 😀
