The wind…but that’s nature, nothing to do with the property and part of the appeal is the exposed location.

Beautiful views, beautifully decorated

Stunning location. A luxury holiday home in a highly secured area outside Gansbaai. Stunning views over the bay. Private Beach and Zebras on the premise. Well equipped kitchen and modern house including a garage. Great to have a BBQ on the terrace and to enjoy the sunset. Clean pool with view on the ocean. Easy to arrange Whale watching from Gansbaai or nearby Hermanus (30min drive). Very friendly and helpful owners (Hildi arranged a courier to our next location after I forgot my wedding ring 🫣. A perfect stay in a perfect environment. Highly recommendable.

It is equipped with the best appliances, cutlery and crockery. Been coffee machine (with fresh milk). Ambiance, decor and a bottle of wine welcomed us on arrival. Electric blanket on the beds with amble space in the rooms. All rooms had more than the needed plug points. A cosy fire place with matches, fire lighters and enough wood was provided. Inside the kitchen/living area the WiFi was fast. Warm water was quick after opening the taps. For a summer accommodation, this is a dream Outside braai and social area is the best (when it is summer)

Bedrooms are a separate building and we arrived in the rain, therefore need to go outside in the rain to go to the bedrooms and if you want coffee or anything in the living space/kitchen, you need to go outside again to get to the other building (not far but still out in the cold). Shower looks cool but it is outside therefore when the weather is not favourable it is not nice to shower in the cold(no bath either if you do not want to shower outside) When there, the final of the URC rugby and the Springboks was playing. With no TV, our option was to watch the matches on our tablet or go out to watch somewhere WiFi in bedrooms was slow Being said the above, this still was n memorable place and when summer comes I will love to visit it again.
