The view was absolutely beautiful and there were so many amazing birds. The balcony was the perfect spot for listening to the ocean and watching the sunrise and sunset, there is easy access to the beach from the property.

Maybe a few small maintenance issues eg; paint work and finishes but this didn't take away from the beautiful setting.
