Affordable and able to cook meals. Nice parking space.

The shower-head is not working properly, less water is coming out even we adjusted it. Also no hot water one morning that I opted to have a cold cold shower. The bed frame is in the way, we keep bumping into it that one of us got bruised already.

The apartment is clean, spacious and close to many leisure and shopping areas as well as public transportation bus stop.

INABILITY TO CONTACT THE APARTMENT OWNER/MANAGER: We tried effortless to contact the apartment official the 1st day we arrived to report bad frame of 1 of the bedroom door but no reply till date. 2ndly a parcel was to be delivered to us but we don't know why it was delivered to their office. But instead of their official knocking on our door and deliver at our door step, it was taken to the office and we only read the email from u about it late on Saturday the 20th August a day b4 our check-out. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the parcel because they only open by 2pm on Sundays. My children have been informed to collect and return it to the seller but up till now no response to calls put across to their office. This was very frustrating for us. They should try to increase personal contact with their customers. Thanks

The apartment was nicely furnished and in a good location.

The kitchen was poorly appointed. The spice rack was there as shown in the advertisement but was close to empty. No salt or pepper in the kitchen. There were a only few squares of toilet tissue when we arrived. 4 out of the five lamps had no light bulbs. Had to move the housekeeping laundry (Towels etc) to make a machine available for our laundry. No house keeping staff could be found.
