The location was great. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and nicely updated.

The internet did not work properly until a half hour before I checked out. Staff basically said that they have great internet, nobody else ever had problems, and it must be my phone and laptop that were faulty. I had to go to Tim Hortons and use their wifi to attach and send a work report. Nobody seemed to know where the routers were or how to restart them. Somebody must have figured it out by Monday morning because it worked really well for the last thirty minutes of my stay. I felt that my concern wasn’t really addressed or taken seriously, which was disappointing. I understand that the building temperature is centrally controlled but the air flow was poor - I couldn’t locate the vents they said to open/close. I ended up going out to purchase a fan and I would encourage the auberge to consider equipping rooms with them. Both problems were fixable/avoidable so I would definitely consider coming back.
