the only issue,you cant control the ac in the unit,but it was ok since it wasn't too hot outside

It was clean. Had ample free parking. Love that it had a kitchen and utensils.

It was amazing experience. Clean, comfortable, near to major attractions, worth of everything.

We came for FMG Aug.30 - Sep.1 and location of the property was perfect, no problem with the parking . The room was clean and comfortable by all means. We booked a room which happed to be on the second floor . My husband moves with walker and just not able to get to the second floor, Our short vacation was about to be ruined. But Bruno was able to do seemingly impossible ( it was long weekend, all rooms were booked ). He, as a magician, gave us great room on the first floor which saved our vacation. Dear Bruno, may GOD bless you and your dear ones with good people around when you need them.

Everything was fantastic except the bed. It's too soft for me but that's my personal preference, a lot of people would prefer the soft one so not really a complaint. I made a last minute request to extend one night and the owner Anna was more than helpful to accommodate us.

Location is good, adjacent to the rivers and parks.

I booked in for 3 nights. After the second night, while I was away all-day, the property staff kicked out all my belongings. They did this without attempting to contact me first. When I arrived back to the apartment they greeted me with an aggressive "Good job you showed up, you are not supposed to stay in this room". After some time they found out there was a mistake in THEIR booking system and I was placed in the wrong room, so they provided me another room and returned my belongings, all packed into one black garbage bag. My pyjamas, my toiletries, food from the fridge, all mixed up with my shoes. Instead of calling or emailing me, they just made a mess of my stuff and threw me out. On top of that, the smell of cigarette smoke in the bathrooms of both rooms is terrible. It seems that people smoke in the building. Added to this, the toilet was blocked and I had to deal with it during the night; when I called them to complain, they never returned my call.
