Apartamento muito bem equipado, pensando para estadias com crianças (possui brinquedos, portão de proteção para as escadas, livros ) as Instalações são bem cuidadas, os 2 ar-condicionado dão conta do calor tranquilamente. O condomínio é bem estruturado, prox a praia, se tivesse mais tempo teria aproveitado tudo. Recomendo.

Senti falta de uma rede, mas não desabona o apto.
