Me, my partner, our baby and parents of my partner arrive to place which did not looked like the pictures which were advertised, the Sofa is in very bad state broken and heavily stained just covered up with dirty throws, the bed duvets are not the same like on pictures but some cheap, hard and smelly material which we had to go buy for two rooms brand new sets as it was not a good quality and was hard to sleep on it. When we asked the owner to replace he said there was nothing wrong with them and dismissed our complaint no resolution what so ever not even replace until few days later he brought same quality sheets which we couldn't use. There is Missing coffee machine, desk, additional toilet advertised but only one in property, no cleaning products we had to buy them, no wifi till now we using our internet on phone also had to spend 100 on a adapter to run our laptop with phone tethered to it to be able to use as we told the owner it was not working and he did change but it's worse, frying pans dirty we had to clean them, toilet seat in bad dirty condition, contacts coming off the walls which is dangerous for our child, no soundproof walls as advertised nothing is here what was advertised. The flat above which belongs to same person who renting this flat for us, is people having party's all the time loud music till morning first night from like 7:40pm to 5:30am knowing full well there is quiet hours night from 22pm till 6am, shouting, heavy walking on the stairs noise after noise. Even after owner told them off they started again in a week on Monday and on Tuesday for us was too much as they was keep waking up our child we had to call the police . If we would know all of it we would never book it.
