Nice place, comfortable and convenient for Grantham Town centre, great communication from the host and very easy check in and out. Very clean and fully facilitated. Nice bathroom, good shower and toiletries provided. Good WiFi and entertainment on two full smart tvs. Kitchen will equipped, great chip shop next door, highly recommended. Recommend for a stay in Grantham.

A bit noisy on the road outside so if you sleep lightly earplugs are a good idea. The bed was a bit soft for me but that's picky.

The apartment is outstanding! It is newly renovated and with that comes mod cons that people like. The apartment had everything needed to stay including a fantastic shower! A nice enclosed garden if you want to eat outside or have a cup of coffee in the sun. The host even reached out to make sure everything was OK or if I needed anything the day after I checked in. Not only the property was a 5 star standard so was the host.

I don't have anything to input here the property, location and host was fantastic!
