"Disappointing"

No elevator to the 4th floor, problem with central heating, heating only worked 1 day and I was there for 6 days, NEST was set to German. 1 bed not made, there was someone's hair on the sheet it was disgusting, bathroom not cleaned, dirty splashed mirror and bathtub not washed.
