"Big place in a beautiful spot that didn’t seem to have everything ready for guests"

The property was in a beautiful spot and was very spacious for our group.

The sauna was working but when we put water on the rocks it shut down. I found it unplugged during our stay with no directions on how to use. Also, there’s a lot of issues with the drains in the house. The showers fill up very fast. And we were short on regular glasses for drinking water, we used coffee mugs. There were parts on the handles that kept falling off when we used the doors, the downstairs room and the bathroom one specifically. Also we were short on pillows and the towels in the closet were dirty and not folded. Wasn’t very happy with the cost and the way things went. Instructions for the sauna would help future guests. Also we had no idea what to do at check out, instructions for that would help as well.
